Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.fairyherbology.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All ready to order product orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
All pre-order product orders are processed within 2-3 business days once the product is ready. Please review all pre-order information prior to ordering.
Orders are not packaged, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will vary based on your location and weight of order.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during the holiday seasons.
 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Fairy Herbology ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Fairy Herbology is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 

Damages/Lost Packages

Fairy Herbology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Damage Claims: If your order has arrived and there has been damage/spillage in transit but the package was not damaged, you must take clear and detailed photos of all the damages/spills and submit them via email for review WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. At that time, I will assess the damage and we will discuss a resolution. I will not issue replacements or refunds for damage claims if you do not submit detailed photos within 24 hours of receipt.

Non-Delivery Claims: Because all shipments include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation, shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer are not the responsibility of myself or Fairy Herbology Such claims will not result in refunds or replacements. If the package is "lost" per the carrier this is a different story and I will work with you 1-1 with a custom solution whether you want a refund or replace the missing items.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Fairy Herbology does not accept any returns of any kind. Please make sure you want what you're ordering prior to checking out as we do not allow for cancellations, refunds, exchanges or returns.

Due to the nature of most of our products, if you return them to us they will be thrown away.
