Herbal Benefits (for educational purposes)

TALLOW: Has many benefical properties and something which has been used for a long time. Tallow is a very healthy fat containing a wide range of beneficial nutrients our skin needs to repair itself. One of the best moisturizers you can use for your skin. Known to help promote youthful skin, intense moisture, skin friendly antioxidants to help keep skin healthy and strong. Tallow is also extremely compatible with the oil our skin naturally produces. It shares a similar biology and one of the reasons why our skin is able to use tallow so effectively.

JOJOBA OIL: Made from the nut of a jojob plant, this oil is known for its ability to moisturize and fight fine lines. It has antibacterial and antioxidant properties as well as full of Vitamin E and other essential vitamins and minerals your skin needs. This oil is also close in composition to your skins natural sebum (natural oil secreted by your skin).

CALENDULA FLOWER: While calendula is very popular amongst herbalist for many reasons the focus on this tidbit will be skin care benefits. Calendula is known for hydrating and firming skin, non-irritating making it perfect for sensitive skin types, soothes diaper rashes, promotes wound healing, helpful in treating and soothing skin issues, protects from sun damage and oxidation. Can help heal acne through it's anti-inflammatory properties. Adding calendula flower infusion to this line was a no brainer for us.

Please note if wanting to use for diaper rash Essential Oils are not recommend for use for babies. We recommend getting the blend with no EO in it for kids under 2 years old or anyone with extremely sensitive skin. We also do not use heavy amounts, these are done at no more than 1% dilution which will produce a soft scent. All EO vary between 1-3% dilution for topical use and we always do 0.5-1% as there are some which recommend 0.5% if you're looking for a strong scent smell this is not something we do for safety reasons.
